Description of placement
General Adult post with additional experience in the community.
1. Supervision of day to day inpatient work. Liaison with multidisciplinary
team.
2. SpR will have a special responsibility for outpatients (limited
number) and one to two new patients a week under supervision of
consultant.
3. SpR will have an occasional direct responsibility of day/community
patients under supervision.
4. There will be regular one-hour weekly supervision.
5. SpR will be invited to take on a small number of consultant duties
under supervision.
